They broke my Ac when they preformed a recall on my car. They swore they didn't but my husband whose been a mechanic for 40 years looked at the work they did. Very unprofessional! ! What a shoddy job! They thought they were dealing with an uninformed customer. DO NOT GO HERE! TRAVEL THE EXTRA 30 MILES AND GO TO BERLIN CITY IF YOU NEED A DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!
Fantastic experience with both the service dept (Debbie) and the sales rep (Alex). I am from Springfield, Ma - was on my way to Pittsburg NH. My 12 yr old car with 180K broke down on Rte 2 on a Sunday. I made it as far as Lancaster and found a motel. On Monday, the service staff determined that my repairs would be very costly and might not be all that was needed and could not be done in one day. Debbie was very straight forward about this and suggested that it was not a good alternative (12yrs - 180k). The possibility of buying a used car at the dealership seemed worth considering. The sales rep Alex took the time to determine what I would be looking for before we headed out to the lot. we decided on a ford focus se just off lease. Not only is the car great; the people were great. I highly recommend this dealership and their staff.
Just leased an Escape from these folks, and could not be happier. I started this process with dread, as most do, but Keith and his team could not have done a better job! I got the price I expected, the car I wanted and the follow up I needed. They give car salespeople a GOOD name.
