Add to the fact that the rooms weren't very clean and ight bulbs were out, beyond atrocious water pressure, lead me to be very disappointed.
The price was reasonable for a place with a pool and fitness center. Housekeeping had a strange practice of doing things like vacuuming was only every other day even if the room did or didn't need it. We stayed 10 days so we got a real good insight into the place. Worse thing that happened is that they put regular coffee in a decaf decanter. Husband can't have caffeine. He felt bad all day. All we got was I'm sorry and they were still doing it the next day.
I could not recommend this place any less.
We arrive, sign in and pay. Given room keys for across the street. Get into room, notice no microwave. When we booked the room, was informed the room had a microwave. Also the photos they showed of the rooms were for the main building, Not the building across the street.
Very nice place with beautiful views. Very clean roomd. Excellent service. Great pool and hot tub. We will be back
The girl from the front desk after some talking, finally agreed to just look upstairs to see if they had any extra. They did not. But I basically had to beg for them to go look.
Pretty clean, could use some updating. Beautiful views and a good amount for the kids to do at the Inn and around the area (Santa's Village).

The overall location of this place was beautiful, you walked out and you were surrounded by an amazing view. The front desk service was great. There was a small breakfast in the morning, nothing big. The part that got us was that the tub in our bathroom was awful. It would fill with water immediately as we began to shower and wouldn't drain even for hours after. It was an inconvenience. The room were otherwise clean.
