Wes(parts manager)Isn't qualified to work at Mcdonald's..I picked up a order for a Artic cat snowmobile dealer that are located 55 miles north of Spauldings that was missing items, which I noticed when I got home.I called to inform him of the issue.He didn't seem to concerned or even apoligize.Said he found the missing parts&that if I wanted them I'd have to make another trip to Lancaster.Said the part was not with the rest of the order because he was to busy&forgot.What a cope out that statement was, the order was placed hours earlier&when I went in I was the only one in the whole store&still had to wait over a half an hour while he farted around pretending make sure all the parts were there(which should have been done hours earlier The part missing was the biggest item,how can you miss that?Stated they were closing in 10 minutes so I'd have to hurry.Since it was his mistake&that I was in for the night I asked if he could have a employee deliver the items to my house which is only 4 miles away,he said that was not a possibility.I had planned to leave the next morning at 5 am to sled in Pittsburg&bring the parts as lots of customers were waiting to have those items to have their snowmobiles repaired.I had no choice but to return the next morning at 7 instead of leaving at 5am as planned when they reopened to be confronted by Jeff(General manager)who was in a bad mood&started yelling at me&said I gave his parts manager a hard time?????He was very rude&insulting and just wanted to argue.Even the owner Bob ignored&didn't return my phone call after leaving him a message on his answering machine.The customer service there is Terrible.I'll never spend another dime at Spauldings.There are 2 other Polaris dealers in the area(Gorham&Littleton)that's who will get my buisness from now on.The place is a joke..the only one there that is decent&helpful is Mitch.
Great dealership! Salesman and service mechanic went above and beyond to have everything ready for us on an important weekend with new friends and old. Great place to buy!
They must have customers coming out their butts to not be able to negotiate even one dollar below MSRP. Polaris boasts up to $2000 back via internet sales on their website. Their competitor offered me $800 below sticker and they were professional and extremely helpful. They even offered me 10% off accessories for a year post-sale. Everyone knows you as FB Spaulding and now under new management and a ridiculous name......???? Branding is equal to the level of service. Good luck!
Bought a bike from them and the staff were helpful, but the bike did not have a temp plate, would not pass inspection, due to a circuitry issue and their brother dealer in Manchester shipped out the bike to them with a broken fender as well...the dealer is replacing parts and labor at their cost but still waiting for date and time for that to be determined. The mechanics were very respectful and helpful loading the bike.
Worst parts and service counter ever. You can buy a machine anywhere, but the parts and service are what will keep your customers returning! Time for something to change, or in least tell your "gun guy" to be a little more helpful if he just so happens to get a John Deere question when sitting on his ass behind the "parts" counter! 3 strikes I'm taking my business elsewhere, I would suggest others do the same! Your sales team is great btw.
